 HI, I’M JENNY

I’m a life coach, mental health advocate, and creative INFJ working on a master’s in counseling. My story includes healing from anxiety and codependency, loving someone with addiction and personality disorders, and overcoming betrayal and domestic violence. Through these experiences, I learned that people in my situation don’t need advice or to be rescued. We need a deep compassionate listener who can help us uncover blind spots and find the hidden meaning behind our pain without judgment. Someone who can hold real and opposing truths. Someone who can help you read the map without telling you which way to go.

I can be that person for you.

If you’re feeling lost, overwhelmed, or misunderstood I want to help you find the roadmap back to your true empowered self. I take a heart-centered, supportive and unshakeable approach to coaching that focuses on the whole person while honoring the autonomy of your personal journey on a soul level.

HOW I CAN HELP

MIND.

Together, we will explore any negative self-talk, limiting beliefs, and cognitive distortions that are keeping you stuck. By practicing vulnerability, re-framing, and gratitude, I can help you shift your focus from the shadows of your past towards a brighter future.

BODY.

Through the senses, body awareness, and grounding, we can work to heal wounds that cannot be accessed through rational thought. We will use self-care, movement, and rewilding as tools to help you heal your relationship with your body, create a safe supportive home, and live in the present moment.

SOUL.

Intuition, creativity, and imagination will be used as medicine in your personal healing. By working to integrate your true identity, your core values, and conflicting emotions, we will cultivate a more resilient spirit with a life abundant in flow, synchronicity, and mindfulness.
